Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the First Pond Brook Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Little Bay as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 574000 east, 5496000 north, 155° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 125° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 147° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 208° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 269° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 219° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 293° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 230° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 303° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 247° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 335° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 41° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 85° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 66° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
