Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Harbour Main Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 335000 5252000 197° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 116° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 126° 00' grid Azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 197° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 205° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 224° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 334° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 297° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 267° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 04° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 42° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,100 metres;
