Notice of Protected Watershed Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Little North West Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 302000 metres east, 5443000 metres north, 44° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 885 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 329° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 40° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 61° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 127° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 224° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 234° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 270° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 to the point of commencement.
