Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C 96-153)

Under the authority of Section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Margaree Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 346000 metres east, 5271000 metres north, 331° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 297° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 42° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 63° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 177° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 230° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
