Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Terrence Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 318000 metres east, 5300000 metres north, 86° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 112° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,835 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 207° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,320 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 740 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 261° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 930 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 318° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 885 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 41° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,160 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
