Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Young's Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Robert 's Arm as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 587000 metres east 5485000 metres north, 221° 00' for a distance of 1,300 metres to the point of commencement;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 233° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 260° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 299° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 11° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 87° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 106° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
