Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the St. Anthony Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING
Beginning at the eastern tip of Partridge Point on the northern side of the
mouth of
Then following the shoreline by way of
Then north 81° west 3,600 metres, more or less, to Sugar Loaf Hill; Then running north 15° 00' west 4,150 metres, more or less; Then north 10° west 7,200 metres, more or less, to the height of land; Then north 73° 00' east 3,650 metres, more or less, to where
Then following the sinuosities of the southern bank of
Then south 33° 30' east 5,600 metres, more or less; Then following a brook in a southwesterly direction to the north
