CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 923/96

St. Anthony Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96-173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the St. Anthony Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at the eastern tip of Partridge Point on the northern side of the mouth of St. Anthony Harbour ;

Then following the shoreline by way of St. Anthony Harbour and Cremaillere Harbour to the eastern tip of Cape Haut-et-Bas ;

Then north 81° west 3,600 metres, more or less, to Sugar Loaf Hill;

Then running north 15° 00' west 4,150 metres, more or less;

Then north 10° west 7,200 metres, more or less, to the height of land;

Then north 73° 00' east 3,650 metres, more or less, to where Bartlett 's River flows into Bartlett 's Pond;

Then following the sinuosities of the southern bank of Bartlett 's Pond in an easterly direction to the most eastern extremity of that pond;

Then south 33° 30' east 5,600 metres, more or less;

Then following a brook in a southwesterly direction to the north shore of St. Anthony Bight ;

Then following the shoreline of St. Anthony Bight by way of Trawl Cove Point, Old Man's Head, Cranky Point, to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to UTM grid and subject to approximation.
