Then in a generally easterly direction following the northern shoreline of Big Island Pond, Daltons Pond and the stream connecting these ponds with Mobile Big Pond; Then in a generally easterly direction following the north
Then in a generally easterly direction along the northern bank of
Then in a northeasterly direction along the railway trail to a power transmission line; Then in a northerly direction along the power line to the southern bank of
Then in an easterly direction along the southern bank of that river to the Southern
Then south 50° 00' east a distance of 3,790 metres, more or less, to the easternmost extremity of Witless Point situated on the headlands between Witless Bay and Mobile Bay; Then in a generally northerly direction following the eastern shoreline of the North East Avalon Peninsula to the point of beginning, together with the whole of
