Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the St. Lewis Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING
Beginning at a point, that point being on the southeastern end of Black Cove in
Then in a generally southerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline passing Black Head, Shoal Point, Southern Head, Deepwater Creek to a point on the easternmost tip of Cape St. Lewis; Then in a generally southerly and westerly direction along the shoreline to a point in
Then continuing along the shoreline in a generally westerly and northerly direction to a point where an unnamed pond flows into Port Marnham; Then along the eastern end of that pond in a generally northeasterly direction to a point where an unnamed stream flows into the pond; Then along the southern bank of that stream in an easterly direction to a point where the stream flows out of an unnamed pond; Then along the southern shore of that pond in a generally southeasterly direction to a point where an unnamed stream flows into the pond; Then along the southern bank of that stream in a southeasterly direction to a point where the stream flows out of an unnamed pond; Then along the southern shore of that pond in a southeasterly direction to the easternmost end of the pond; Then north 40° east a distance of 2,950 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
