CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 941/96

Triton Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96-202)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Triton Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point being the southwestern extremity of West Arm;

Then south 55° west a distance of 1,000 metres, more or less, to the most easterly extremity of Long Arm;

Then following the shoreline in a counter-clockwise direction around Triton Island to the point of beginning.

All offshore islands excepting Pretty Island , Big Island , Grassy Island and Great Tinker Island are included.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.

Newfoundland Regulation 1133/78 is repealed.
