Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the L'Anse Au Clair Water Supply Area for the Community of L'Anse Au Clair as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 494,000 5,797,000 330° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 278° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 19° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,325 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 74° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 156° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 184° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 254° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 210° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
