Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

(Filed December 17, 1996)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Pynn's Brook Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Pynn's Brook as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 462,000 5,432,000 29° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 329° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 17° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,575 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 62° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 24° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 138° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 176° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 224° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,975 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
