Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
(Filed September 3, 1997) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act
, I designate the area generally known as the Un-named Brook Water Supply Area
for the Local Service District of Bellevue Beach as a protected water supply area. Dated at St. Johns, July 18, 1997. Oliver Langdon NOTICE This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Bellevue abutted and bounded as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 290,000 metres east 5,279,000 metres north 184° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 120° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 205° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 253° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 302° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 58° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 86° 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres to the point of commencement.
