Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Dog Bay Pond
under the
Environment Act

(Filed November 1, 1999)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Dog Bay Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Stoneville as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Lewisporte abutted and bounded as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 21, 680,000 metres east 5,450,000 metres north, 313 ° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,600 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 233 ° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,300 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 215 ° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 20,500 metres.
