These Regulations may be cited as the Pedestrian Trails Designation Regulations.

The East Coast Trail, described in Licence to Occupy Numbers 116109, 116385, 116547, 117581, 117747, 116626 and 110676, as assigned under the Lands Act
, is designated as a trail to which the Act applies.
