, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

In these regulations, “Act” means the Judicature Act

Composition of court
3.
In addition to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the Associate Chief Justice of the Supreme Court referred to in subsection 21(1) of the Act, the court shall consist of 23 other judges.
