Under the authority of section 7 of the Prisons Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
The facility known as the Corner Brook
lockup is designated as a part of Her Majesty's Penitentiary.

The Order designating the Corner Brook
Lockup as Part of Her Majesty's Penitentiary, Newfoundland
Regulation 61/86, is repealed.
