Law Society Fees Order
under the
Law Society Act

Under the authority of subsection 81(2) of the Law Society Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Law Society Fees Order.

The fee collected by the Registrar of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court for the benefit of the Law Society of Newfoundland under the authority granted in subsection 81(1) of the Law Society Act
is set at $3.
