Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Off-road Vehicle Operation in the TRailway
Provincial
Park
Prohibition Order.

Off-road vehicles prohibited
2.
The use of off-road vehicles in the Newfoundland and Labrador TRailway Provincial Park is prohibited in those portions of the park lying within the boundaries of the City of St. Johns and the City of Mount Pearl and continuing westward within the municipal boundary of the Town of Paradise, until the park intersects with McNamara Road in that municipality.
