Under the authority of section 11 of the Provincial Parks Regulations and the Provincial Parks Act , I make the following Order.

Analysis



Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Off-road Vehicle Operation in the TRailway Provincial Park Prohibition Order.

Off-road vehicles prohibited

        2. The use of off-road vehicles in the Newfoundland and Labrador T'Railway Provincial Park is prohibited

             (a)  in those portions of the park lying within the boundaries of the City of St. John's and the City of Mount Pearl and continuing westward within the municipal boundary of the Town of Paradise, until the park intersects with the McNamara Road in that municipality; and

             (b)  within the Town of Conception Bay South in the portion of the park south of the Conception Bay Highway commencing at a point in the westerly limit of Easons Road, being the point of intersection of that limit with the TRailway Provincial Park and then running along the southerly limit of the Conception Bay Highway in a general westerly and southwesterly direction for approximately 375 metres, until the park intersects with the easterly limit of Dawsons Run.
