Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2017 No. 2.

2. Schedule C of the Public Service Commission Act is amended by adding immediately before the entity reference "Municipal Assessment Agency with respect to taxpayer representatives" the reference "Mistaken Point World Heritage Site Advisory Council with respect to public interest members".

Repeal

3. The Public Service Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2017, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 76/17, is repealed.
