A BILL AN ACT TO REPEAL THE PICKERSGILL FELLOWSHIP
ACT Analysis 1. Short title 2. RSNL1990 cP-14 Rep. 3. Assets and liabilities to Crown Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Pickersgill Fellowship Act Repeal Act. RSNL1990 cP-14 Rep. 2. The Pickersgill Fellowship Act is repealed. Assets and liabilities to Crown 3. Assets arising from the repeal of the Pickersgill Fellowship Act become the property of the Crown and liabilities resulting from the repeal of that Act become the responsibility of the Crown.
