EXPLANATORY NOTES This Bill would ˇ repeal the Farm Products Corporation Act; ˇ vest the real and personal property of the Newfoundland and Labrador Farm Products Corporation in the Crown; and ˇ transfer responsibility for the obligations and liabilities of the Newfoundland and Labrador Farm Products Corporation to the Crown. Act may be cited as the Farm Products
Corporation Repeal Act. RSNL1990 cF-5 Rep. 2. The Farm Products Corporation Act is repealed. Assets and liabilities to the Crown 3. (1) In this section, "corporation" means the Newfoundland and Labrador Farm Products Corporation. (2) Title to all real and personal property of the corporation is vested in the Crown.
