QUESTION

1. -- MR. RANDY COLLINS (Labrador West) - To ask the Honourable the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board to lay upon the Table of the House the following information:

1. A schedule of all expenditures from the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund for each fiscal year from 1997-1998 to the fiscal year ending March 31, 2003 under the heading "other Labrador Initiatives related to transportation which the Lieutenant Governor in Council may approve" including "Provincial Roads Labrador".

2. Such schedule should include the date of approval, the amount approved, the location of each project, and the description of work.
