(a) all correspondence sent to the Hon. Geoff Regan, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans regarding foreign over fishing off the shores of Newfoundland and Labrador from the Minister or any member of the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture or any person acting on his behalf.

(b) dates of meetings and reports, presentations, research material, forwarded to the Hon. Geoff Regan, or any member of the Minister's office or any person acting on his behalf regarding foreign over fishing off the shores of Newfoundland and Labrador.
