         13. C MR ANDREW PARSONS (Burgeo - LaPoile) – To ask the Honourable the Minister of Justice  to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

 

         (a)      the number of lockdowns at Her Majesty's Penitentiary in the last six years;

 

         (b)      a list of any dangerous weapons confiscated from inmates;

 

         (c)      a list of illegal substances confiscated from inmates; and

 

         (d)      any notable incidents or altercations occurring either among inmates or between inmates and guards.

 

 

         14. C MR ANDREW PARSONS (Burgeo - LaPoile) – To ask the Honourable the Minister of Justice to lay on the Table of the House the following information:

 

         (a)      any structural or operational difficulties which have been identified with Her Majesty's Penitentiary; and

 

         (b)      any studies, reports, or recommendations regarding the improvement of the penitentiary.
