is to be appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council on nomination by the
House of Assembly;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
that Ms. Kimberly Hawley George, Q.C. be nominated for appointment as the Law
Clerk of the House of Assembly.”
