Notice of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area
for the Local Service District of McCallum
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act , I designate an area known as the McCallum Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of McCallum as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Fortune Bay – Cape La Hune abutted and bounded as follows:

By a circle of 100 metres radius with its centre being the Local Service District of McCallum water supply well, having UTM coordinates northing 5,275,579 metres and easting 557,652 metres.

All bearings refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 27 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
