Evacuated Communities Act

Under the authority of subsection 3(1) of the Evacuated Communities Act, I make the following regulations.

ORDER

Analysis

Short title

1. This order may be cited as the Vacated Communities of Great Harbour Deep, Petites and Big Brook Order .

Great Harbour Deep

2. Great Harbour Deep is a vacated community effective November 1, 2002.

Petites

3. Petites is a vacated community effective November 1, 2003.

Big Brook

4. Big Brook is a vacated community effective October 15, 2004.
