Grand Bank Municipal Planning Area, 2017 (Filed August 15, 2017) Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 , I define the following area as the Grand Bank Municipal Planning Area. Dated at Eddie Joyce PLANNING AREA Beginning with a concrete monument located at the highwater mark in Then in a generally southeasterly direction to a concrete monument located on Boundary Hill; Then in a generally southwesterly direction to a grouted steel pipe located on Round Hill; Then south 3° 42' 14" east a distance of 15,300 metres, more or less, to a point; that point being 485 metres northwest of Salmonier Lookout; Then in a generally northeasterly direction a distance of 6,500 metres, more or less, to the highest point of Salmonier Hill; Then north 49° east a distance of 20,602 metres, more or less, to the eastern shoreline of an unnamed pond that drains into Crouse East Brook; Then along Crouse East Brook to the northeastern bank of Crouse Pond; Then along the shoreline of Crouse Pond to the most northerly point where Crouse East Pond meets Crouse East Brook; Then along Crouse East Brook to Crouse Barasway; Then along the northeastern shore of Crouse Barasway to the shoreline; Then in a generally westerly direction along the seashore to the point of beginning. All bearings refer to Grid North and, as with distances given, are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50000 National Topographical Series (NTS) digital mapping; UTM, NAD 83.
