Notice of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of the Local Service District of St. Andrew's,   St. Andrew's Well Number 3, WS-G-0681
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as St. Andrew's Well Number 3, WS-G-0681 for the Local Service District of St. Andrew's as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of St. Georges – Humber   abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,526 metres and northing 5,294,418 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 55 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,471 metres and northing 5,294,419 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 357 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,305 metres and northing 5,294,735 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 62 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,341 metres and northing 5,294,785 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 103 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,437 metres and northing 5,294,822 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 69 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,505 metres and northing 5,294,811 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 345 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,570 metres and northing 5,294,472 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 70 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
