Under the authority of section 4.1 of the Public Utilities Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. This Order may be cited as the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro – Town of Tilt Cove Exemption Order .

Exemption

2. Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro is exempt from section 38 of the Public Utilities Act in respect of the discontinuance of service to the Town of Tilt Cove.
