NEWFOUNDLAND Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of First Clay Cove Pond, WS-S-0050, (Filed February 12, 2025) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as First Clay Cove Pond Protected Public Water Supply Area, WS-S-0050, for the Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm, as a protected public water supply area. Lisa Dempster NOTICE This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of St. Barbe - L'Anse aux Meadows abutted and bounded as follows: Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 562,668 metres and northing 5,629,598 metres;
Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 155 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 562,811 metres and northing 5,629,537 metres;
Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 104 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 562,914 metres and northing 5,629,548 metres;
Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 98 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 562,980 metres and northing 5,629,475 metres;
Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 120 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 563,005 metres and northing 5,629,358 metres;
Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 83 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 562,997 metres and northing 5,629,275 metres;
Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 100 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 563,071 metres and northing 5,629,207 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 114 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 562,476 metres and northing 5,629,276 metres;
Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 375
metres, more or less, to the point of commencement. All coordinates refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection. The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 577/96, is repealed.
