Order

Municipalities Act

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Badger Order

are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 676/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at the point at the junction of the western bank of Badger Brook with the northern bank of the
Exploits
River
;
Then running along the shore of the
Exploits
River
in a westerly direction 375 metres, more or less, to the mouth of Little Red Indian River;
Then crossing the mouth of that river in a southwesterly direction to the point on the southern side of the mouth of the Little Red Indian River;
Then along the shore of Exploits River in a southwest direction for a distance of 800 metres, more or less;
Then north 8° west 1,225 metres, more or less, to the Canadian National Railway right-of-way;
Then north 45° east 1,100 metres, more or less, to the western bottom of a small cove in the western bank of Badger Brook;
Then running along the western bank of Badger Brook in a southerly direction to the point of beginning.
All bearings refer to true meridian and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the National Topographic Mapping 1:50,000.
