Schedule
Beginning at a point on the highwater mark on the northeastern shoreline of Green's Harbour, that point being on the southern boundary of
Backside
Pond
Provincial
Park
;
Then in a counterclockwise direction along that boundary to a point, that point being on the southern boundary of the Community of Whiteway;
Then in an easterly direction along that boundary to a point, that point being on a line perpendicular to and 152 metres eastward of the centre line of Route 4;
Then in a southerly direction along a line parallel to and 152 metres from the centre line of Route 4 to a point, that point being the centre line of a transmission line right-of-way;
Then south 1° 30' west along the centre line of the right-of-way and continuing to a point, that point being the northeastern tip of Little Coopers Pond;
Then in a southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the western shoreline of the pond to a point, that point being due west of the southern tip of a small island in the southern portion of the pond;
Then due west to a point, that point being on a line perpendicular to and 152 metres west of the centre line of Route 4;
Then in a northerly direction along a line parallel to and 152 metres from the centre line of Route 4 to a point, that point being the centre line of a woods road which leads into Hopeall;
Then due west a distance of 671 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being horizontal control monument No. 83200;
Then north 19° 30' west 1,343 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being horizontal control monument No. 83210;
Then due west a distance of 320 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the highwater mark on the northeast coast of Hopeall Bay;
Then in a generally northerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline at highwater mark passing through Green's Harbour to the point of beginning.
