Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

This Order may be cited as the Town of St. Lunaire - Griquet Order

Regulations 42/91 and 180/93 are repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point, that point being on the highwater mark where an unnamed stream on the western shoreline of
Northwest
Bay
enters the bay and more specific having co-ordinates north 5 712 425 metres and east 604 875 metres;
Then in a general southwesterly direction along the southern bank of the stream to a point, that point being where the stream forks and more specific having co-ordinates north 5 712 250 metres and east 604 100 metres;
Then south 2° 30' east a distance of 2,550 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the northwest shoreline of an unnamed pond, more specific having co-ordinates north 5 709 700 metres and east 604 200 metres;
Then south 23° 30' west a distance of 4,050 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the highwater mark of the northern shoreline of St. Lunaire Bay (Northwest Bay) where an unnamed stream enters the bay;
Then in a generally easterly and northerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline passing Garden Cove, White Dog Point, Cow Cove, Great Cove, White Cape, White Cape Harbour, Southwest Bay and including Strawberry Island, Four Ears Island, Griquet Island and Camel Island to the point of beginning.
All bearings herein refer to grid north and as with distances and/or co-ordinates given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
