Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Cottrell's Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 625000 metres east, 5483000 metres north, 342° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 837 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 263° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 451 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 314° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,464 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 80° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 451 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 107° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 660 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 127° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 772 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 208° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 418 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
