Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Mill Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Woodstock as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 575000 5534000 24° 00' for a distance of 920 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 15° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 380 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 59° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,240 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 91° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 580 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 138° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 178° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 227° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,040 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 277° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 640 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 334° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 560 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 261° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 640 metres;

All bearings refer to Grid North.
