Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Nickey's Nose Cove Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 573000 5505000 137° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 24° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 74° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 31° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 159° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 86° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 206° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 111° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 192° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 235° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 273° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres to the point of commencement.
