Notice of Protected Watershed Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Northern Arm Brook Lake Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 602000 metres east, 5440000 metres north, 248° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 885 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 129° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,078 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,076 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 181° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 660 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 218° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 451 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 199° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,591 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 612 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,481 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 228° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,320 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 275° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,287 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 216° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,320 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 241° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,106 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 317° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,044 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 357° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,979 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 46° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,212 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 54° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,906 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 124° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,947 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 322 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 185° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,561 metres to the point of commencement.
