Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Tom Taylor's Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Port Saunders as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 478000 5612000 76° 00' for a distance of 680 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 57° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,740 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 79° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 37° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,740 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 149° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,010 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 219° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,420 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 246° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,720 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 256° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 307° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 830 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 20° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,060 metres;

All bearings refer to Grid North.
