Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Well Cove Water Supply Area for the Community of Anchor Point as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 515000 5675000 53° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 308° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 51° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 12° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 348° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 76° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 51° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 100° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 167° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 184° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 291° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 225° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres to the point of commencement.
