Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the North West River Municipal Planning Area.
Beginning at a point of land on the western side of Lake Melville, that point
being 1,100 metres west of
Then running in a generally west southwest direction a distance of 4,650 metres, more or less, to a point where trail or cut line meets the shore of Little Lake;
Then following the shoreline of Little Lake,
All bearings refer to grid north.
