Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Port au Port East Water Supply Area for the Community of Port au Port East as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 374,000 5,379,000 55° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 343° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 37° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 127° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 201° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 263° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
