Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area known as Jumpers Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Birchy Bay as a protected water supply area. Dated at
Oliver Langdon NOTICE This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Lewisporte abutted and bounded as follows: By a line drawn from military grid reference, Zone 21, 668,000 metres east 5,468,000 metres north 212° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 197° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 178° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 214° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 204° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 185° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 249° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 323° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 15° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 42° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 14° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 24° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 11° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 44° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 25° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 358° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 301° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 21° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 76° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,575 metres to the point of commencement.
