Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area known as the Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of Red Harbour Wellfield , WS-G-0611 for the Town of Red Harbour as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Burin - Placentia West abutted and bounded as follows:

By a circle of 150 metres radius with its centre being the Town of Red Harbour water supply Drilled Well, having UTM coordinates northing 5,240,142 metres and easting 650,491 metres.

All coordinates refer Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
