Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Southern Arm Pond,
WS-S-0886, Town of Baie Verte
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Southern Arm Pond Water Supply Area WS-S-0886 for the Town of Baie Verte as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Baie Verte-S pringdale abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 550,416 and northing 5,525,955.
