I make the following Order.

Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Special Election for the Town of Victoria Order.

2.
A special election for a 7-member town council shall be held in the Town of Victoria on May 14, 2026.

3.
Heather Elliott is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the election referred to in section 2.
