Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Woodstock Order .

        2. The boundaries of the Town of Woodstock are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 867/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at Rouge Point at the northern entrance to the southwest arm of Pacquet Harbour and then running south 70° west a distance of 5,175 metres, more or less, to a point at the extreme western end of a small pond which empties into an unnamed pond;

Then running south 60° east a distance of 3,950 metres, more or less, to a point at the mouth of the outlet of Southwest Pond;

Then running north 45° east a distance of 4,425 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline at Cape Brule;

Then running along the sinuosities of the east, south and west shorelines of Southwest Arm via Woodstock to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to grid north.
