Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
This Order may be cited as the Town of
The boundaries of the Town of Woody Point,
Commencing at a point on the western shoreline of
Then due west a distance of 381 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 485 009 metres and east 432 995 metres;
Then due south a distance of 1,280 metres to a point on the bank of an unnamed brook having UTM co-ordinates north 5 483 729 metres and east 432 988 metres;
Then crossing the brook south 31° west a distance of 2,237 metres to a point on the northern limit of Route 431 having UTM co-ordinates north 5 481 829 metres and east 431 805 metres;
Then south 20° east a distance of 624 metres to a point having UTM co-ordinates north 5 481 274 metres and east 432 091 metres;
Then running south 74° east a distance of 791 metres to a point on the low water mark of the shoreline of South Arm, Bonne Bay having UTM co-ordinates north 5 481 061 metres and east 432 853 metres;
Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline through Hell Cove, Paynes Point,
All bearings refer to grid north.
